Does TeeFlow work with my existing POS system?
Yes — TeeFlow handles online tee time booking and your tee sheet. It runs alongside whatever POS system you already use with no integration or migration required. No disruption to your existing operations.
Can multiple staff members use the system?
Absolutely. There are no per-seat fees — add as many staff and admin users as you need. Staff access covers booking, cancellation, and check-in. Admin access adds settings, blocking, and full course configuration.
What happens if a golfer no-shows?
TeeFlow can require golfers to save a card at booking. If they no-show, you charge a fee with one tap from the check-in panel. The card is never charged automatically — you stay in full control of when and whether to apply the fee.
