By using TeeFlow to book a tee time at Pebble Creek Golf Club, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
Tee time bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with a confirmation number. You may cancel your booking at any time using the cancellation link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tee time may be subject to the golf course's cancellation policy.
Failure to appear for a confirmed tee time without cancellation may result in restrictions on future bookings at the discretion of Pebble Creek Golf Club.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking. Providing false information may result in cancellation of your booking.
By completing a booking, you acknowledge that your personal information will be collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy. If you opt in to marketing communications, you consent to receiving promotional emails from TeeFlow and its golf course partners. You may unsubscribe at any time.
TeeFlow and Pebble Creek Golf Club are not liable for any losses arising from booking errors, weather-related closures, course maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control. The golf course reserves the right to modify or cancel tee times due to operational requirements.
All content on this platform, including the TeeFlow name, logo, and booking software, is the property of TeeFlow and may not be reproduced without permission.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
